Shipping Options

Most orders are delivered within five to seven business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Order Fulfillment

In-Stock Orders: Orders are processed and ready to ship within 2–5 business days.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on product selection, delivery address, and shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

After placing your order, you will receive an estimated delivery timeframe. Please note that delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. While we strive to fulfill orders within 5 business days, actual delivery times may vary due to carrier practices, delivery location, shipping method, and the items ordered. Some orders may arrive in separate shipments.

International Shipping Terms

If you are ordering from outside Canada, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges are set by the destination country and are not controlled by Curlit Canada.

For U.S. customers: Due to current shipping and customs requirements, all duties and applicable import taxes are prepaid on U.S. shipments. To account for these costs, product prices for U.S. orders may be slightly higher. No additional duties or taxes should be due upon delivery.

For customers outside the United States: International orders are shipped with duties and taxes unpaid (DDU/DDAP). You may be required to pay any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or carrier fees directly to your local carrier or government authority before your package can be delivered.

By completing your purchase, you authorize Curlit Canada and our shipping partners to arrange delivery to your address outside Canada. You acknowledge that customs laws and import requirements vary by country and that additional charges or delays may occur.
